Torch Web Browser for Windows developed by Torch Media is primarily focused on the media aspects of web browsing. Based on Chromium, it is similar in design to Google Chrome, but it focuses on allowing you to download media directly from places like YouTube. How do I use Torch browser?

Another option that can be compared to is Firefox. There is not a wide gap between these. Firefox does have the advantage it is available on all systems, while Torch is only on IOS and Windows. Also, FF is non-profit, so you won’t have to worry about privacy concerns like with any Chromium-based software.

Opera is another good popular browser. It has a slight bonus when it comes to speed, but that doesn’t make a very big difference. Again, you aren’t going to have the features provided by TWB, but Opera runs on all OS which edges it a bit higher still.

When looking at whether the Torch Web Browser is right for you, it would be wise to think about what you want out of your internet experience. If you want greater utility and a lot of options with your browsing, TWB is an excellent option. However, if you want a simple experience devoid of clutter, this application is one to let pass.
